There are two available packages: Guaranteed Badge and Guaranteed Badge + Local Service Ads.
- Guaranteed Badge: Our agency will facilitate the registration of your company with Google and assist in navigating the verification process to obtain the Google Guaranteed badge. This ensures that your company is prominently featured in Google Search results. This service entails a yearly subscription fee of $550.
- Local Service Ads: We handle the full setup of your Google Local Service Ads, helping your business appear at the very top of Google search results — even above regular Google Ads — with the trusted Google Guaranteed badge. This visibility drives daily calls and messages from real potential customers.
Google Local Services Ads require an additional ad spend that is paid directly to Google. You can set a custom advertising budget; however, Google sets a minimum weekly budget depending on your business category.
For best performance, we recommend service-based businesses allocate at least $1,000 per month toward Google Local Services Ads. Setting a budget does not mean you will spend that exact amount—Google only charges for valid customer leads. A higher budget increases your ad visibility and helps you gain an edge over other Google Guaranteed competitors.
Google records all conversations between customers and your business. You’re only charged if there’s proof that a real customer reached out — no charges for clicks or fake interactions.
Google does not charge upfront for leads. Instead, billing occurs once your account reaches a spending threshold (usually between $150–$300), so you receive leads first and pay later.
If you receive calls from job seekers or marketing companies, Web Maintenance US will dispute those leads on your behalf, and you’ll receive a full refund for any invalid contacts.
This service is offered as a $500 monthly subscription, plus an ads budget paid directly to Google.

To become Google Guaranteed, businesses must pass a background check and have their license and insurance details verified.
If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of your work, Google may, at its sole discretion, reimburse the customer up to the amount shown on the job invoice for the initial services provided by you, subject to a lifetime limit.
The verification process typically takes about one month. The exact timeframe depends on how quickly the business owner and the Google representative provide and verify the required information.
All Google verifications that involve personal or sensitive information—such as business owner background verification—must be completed directly by the owner; Web Maintenance US will guide the owner step by step through the process, and we do not collect personal information such as Social Security numbers to prevent identity fraud.
The customer will have limited access to their Google Business Profile to view incoming lead calls, lead details, and manage billing; Web Maintenance US will maintain full administrative control of the account, and if a subscription payment fails on webmaintenanceus.com and the owner does not respond after three contact attempts, we reserve the right to delete the customer’s Google Local Service Ads Profile. However, if the customer wishes to gain full control of their Local Services Ads account, a one-time complete account setup fee of $3,500 applies, with all terms and details provided in a DocuSign agreement sent to the customer for review and signature before the project begins.
The Google Guaranteed Badge involves completing the verification process and setting up your account. Once approved, your business will appear in the top section of Google Search results. However, the badge alone does not guarantee a steady flow of calls, as your business will be listed alongside other locally verified providers.
To actively generate customer calls and maximize visibility, you will need to purchase the Google Local Services Ads package.
The Google Guaranteed Badge is an annual subscription priced at $550. To maintain your business’s active status on Google, you will need to renew your badge each year through our website. Please ensure that you have a valid payment method on your Web Maintenance US account so that all subscription renewals are processed automatically, providing you with a seamless and hassle-free marketing experience.
When you sign up for Google Guaranteed Badge, you automatically become a Google Guaranteed business. The Google Guarantee helps you build a strong reputation online, giving potential customers peace of mind that you have been vetted and approved by Google. If a customer is unhappy with the quality of your work, Google may refund up to the amount paid for jobs booked through Local Services Ads, with a lifetime cap for coverage.
When you run Local Services Ads, your business appears at the top of Google search results when customers look for services like yours—alongside other verified businesses in your area. Web Maintenance US will optimize your account to help secure and maintain your spot at the top of the list.
Local Services Ads help you attract new local customers by displaying your business to people actively searching for your services. In addition, signing up for Local Services Ads builds trust with potential customers by displaying a Google Verified badge next to your business name, showing that your business has been verified and approved by Google.
Local Services Ads make it easy for customers in your area to find and connect directly with your business, and filter results based on the services you offer. When a customer selects your business, they can simply click your ad and connect with you either by phone or by sending a direct message request (US only), which you can view through email or on your phone.
Google records conversations between the business and the customer for quality and verification purposes. Web Maintenance US reviews each lead to determine whether it is valid or invalid. If a lead is determined to be invalid (for example, a marketing or spam call), we will dispute it on your behalf. Once Google approves the dispute, you will receive a refund credit applied to your account in the following month.
If a customer hires you through your Local Services Ads and the job is completed, they are encouraged to leave a review. These verified reviews appear on your provider profile, helping build trust and encouraging other potential customers to book your services with confidence.

Customers are required to maintain a valid payment method on their Web Maintenance US account to ensure uninterrupted service. If a payment method fails or becomes invalid, the subscription will be automatically canceled, and all associated services will be discontinued.
