Local Service Ads
Our agency handles the complete setup and management of your Google Local Services Ads, including assisting your business with Google’s verification and screening process, setting up your Local Services Ads profile, and optimizing your account for better visibility and lead generation.
Local Services Ads can generate phone calls and messages from potential customers searching for the services your business provides. Your advertising budget is paid directly to Google and is separate from our management fee.

Google Advertising Budget
Google Local Services Ads require a separate advertising budget paid directly to Google. You can choose your advertising budget, subject to Google’s requirements and recommended budget for your business category.
For best performance, we recommend that service-based businesses allocate at least $1,000 per month toward their Google Local Services Ads advertising budget. Your monthly budget is not necessarily spent in full; Google charges based on eligible leads generated through the Local Services Ads program.
A higher budget may allow your business to participate in more available searches and receive more potential leads, depending on competition, demand, location, and your business category.
Lead Disputes
If you receive an invalid lead, such as a job seeker or a solicitation from a marketing company, Web Maintenance US can assist with disputing the lead through Google when it meets Google’s criteria for a disputed lead. Any credit or refund is subject to Google’s review and policies.
Your total cost consists of our Local Services Ads management fee plus your advertising budget paid directly to Google.

Google Verification & Account Setup
Google Local Services Ads require businesses to complete Google’s applicable verification and screening requirements, which may include verification of business information, licenses, insurance, and background checks, depending on the business category and location.
The verification process can take several weeks. The actual timeframe varies depending on the business category, location, required documentation, background-check processing, and how quickly the business owner and Google provide or verify the required information.
All Google verification steps that require personal or sensitive information, including identity or background verification, must be completed directly by the business owner or authorized representative through Google’s designated verification process. Web Maintenance US will guide the business owner through the process step by step but will not collect or store highly sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, for Google verification.
Account Management & Customer Access
Web Maintenance US will manage and administer the customer’s Google Local Services Ads account as part of the selected service package. The customer will retain read-only and billing access to the account, subject to Google’s account permissions and policies.
Web Maintenance US will maintain the administrative access necessary to provide the contracted management and optimization services.
If a subscription payment to webmaintenanceus.com becomes past due and the customer does not respond after three documented contact attempts, Web Maintenance US reserves the right to suspend management services and advertising activity until the account is brought current. Any further action involving the customer’s Google account will be handled in accordance with the terms of the customer’s agreement and applicable Google policies.
If the customer wishes to have Web Maintenance US provide a complete, standalone Local Services Ads account setupwithout ongoing account management, a one-time setup fee of $5,000 applies. All applicable terms, scope of work, access arrangements, and responsibilities will be provided in a DocuSign agreement for the customer’s review and signature before work begins.
When you run Local Services Ads, your business appears at the top of Google search results when customers look for services like yours—alongside other verified businesses in your area. Web Maintenance US will optimize your account to help secure and maintain your spot at the top of the list.
Local Services Ads help you attract new local customers by displaying your business to people actively searching for your services. In addition, signing up for Local Services Ads builds trust with potential customers by displaying a Google Verified badge next to your business name, showing that your business has been verified and approved by Google.
Local Services Ads make it easy for customers in your area to find and connect directly with your business, and filter results based on the services you offer. When a customer selects your business, they can simply click your ad and connect with you either by phone or by sending a direct message request (US only), which you can view through email or on your phone.
Google records conversations between the business and the customer for quality and verification purposes. Web Maintenance US reviews each lead to determine whether it is valid or invalid. If a lead is determined to be invalid (for example, a marketing or spam call), we will dispute it on your behalf. Once Google approves the dispute, you will receive a refund credit applied to your account in the following month.
If a customer hires you through your Local Services Ads and the job is completed, they are encouraged to leave a review. These verified reviews appear on your provider profile, helping build trust and encouraging other potential customers to book your services with confidence.
Web Maintenance US provides a dedicated marketing agent to manage your Google Verified account for $500 per month.
Google Verified (Local Services Ads) charges are applied for each confirmed lead and paid directly to Google. Google does not charge upfront for leads — your account will only be billed once it reaches a set billing threshold amount.
You control your spending by setting a monthly budget based on the number of leads you wish to receive. The exact cost of your ads depends on your location and industry.
Your assigned Local Services Ads specialist from Web Maintenance US will provide an estimate of the number of leads your budget can generate and advise you on how to set your budget strategically to outperform your competitors. Setting your budget effectively is crucial for maintaining a competitive advantage and maximizing your marketing results.
Common steps to obtain the Google Guaranteed Badge include: verifying your business insurance, providing a valid commercial business license (if applicable), completing the owner’s background check, collecting customer reviews through your Google Business Profile, and setting up your budget and billing information.
Once you create an account and tell us more about your business, we’ll work with you to verify that your business meets local license and insurance requirements, then complete a background check before your ad goes live.
Customers are required to maintain a valid payment method on their Web Maintenance US account to ensure uninterrupted service. If a payment method fails or becomes invalid, the subscription will be automatically canceled, and all associated services will be discontinued.
